PEARL-DNA at ISIT2024 in Athens

Last Sunday, on July 7, PEARL-DNA consortium member Jan Voges from Leibniz University Hannover presented our project at the ISIT2024 Satellite Workshop on Coding Theory and Algorithms for DNA-based Data Storage in Athens, Greece. The agenda included poster presentations and breakout sessions.

This event was an excellent opportunity to reconnect with existing contacts and establish new ones, making it ideal for networking with experts in DNA-based data storage technologies. Furthermore, the workshop featured participants from the DigNA portfolio projects funded under the 2022 EIC Pathfinder challenge, who recently held their first meeting in Munich on June 24, 2024. Staying connected with the field’s leading researchers is crucial for the project’s ongoing development.
